Method
- Preheat the oven to 180 C.

Put the butter, caster sugar, brown sugar and chocolate in the pan and melt gently on low heat until it is smooth and lump-free.

Remove the pan from the heat and let it cool a little.
- Whisk the eggs with a fork until light and frothy.

Add the eggs, vanilla extract, flour and baking powder to the chocolate mixture and mix.
- Put the mixture into a cake tin and bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes.

Remove and allow to cool for 20-30 minutes before cutting and serving
